Spiced Turmeric Hummus

Spiced Turmeric hummusIngredients

2 400g tins of chickpeas

2 lemons

1 tsp paprika

1tsp turmeric

2 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp ground chilli

3 cloves of garlic

10 tbsp water

3 tbsp tahini

Salt

Method

Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a sieve. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and collect in a glass.

Place all of the ingredients it a food processor and blend until the hummus is smooth and creamy.
