9 tbsp almond butter
4 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Place the dates into a saucepan of boiling water for about 5 mins and then drain. Add to a food processor along with all other ingredients and blitz until smooth. Add the mix to a greaseproof lined baking tray or plastic tupperware dish and spread evenly and place in the freezer.
You can be creative and add various things to the mixture or as a topping before freezing.
